A proud native of Maine, David's educational journey began at Thornton Academy, where he laid the foundation for his academic and personal growth. He continued his studies at the University of Maine, attending both the Gorham and Fort Kent campuses. David’s commitment to education reflects his diverse interests and dedication to lifelong learning.

David dedicated 22 years of distinguished service to the United States Air Force, where he honed his leadership, technical, and organizational skills in various roles. His tenure in the Air Force not only enriched his professional experience but also instilled in him values of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. After an illustrious military career, David retired honorably in 1995.

Pursuing his passion for knowledge and technology, David earned a degree in Communications, which provided him with a strong foundation in effective information dissemination. He further advanced his academic credentials by graduating from Husson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. This combination of communications and information systems expertise has been instrumental in shaping his versatile career path.

In addition to his academic and military achievements, David has a rich artistic background. He has engaged in extensive still photography work, capturing compelling images that reflect his keen eye for detail and creative perspective. Moreover, David has contributed to nearly 200 theatrical productions, showcasing his versatility and passion for the performing arts. His involvement spans a wide range of capacities both on and off the stage, including technical support, stage management, and performance roles.

David’s association with the PMC began in February 2022 when he joined as a dedicated volunteer. His commitment and diverse skill set quickly became evident as he excelled in various positions within the organization. Recognizing his invaluable contributions and strong work ethic, David officially became a part-time employee with the PMC Team in July of 2023. His journey with PMC continues to be marked by enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine dedication to the organization’s mission.
