At its core, Luigi Scarcelli Official is a creative laboratory—part studio, part stage, part street corner. Founded by filmmaker and host Luigi Scarcelli and media and marketing strategist Warren Edgar, the company was established in response to post-pandemic gaps in community media. Since then, we've become the primary driver of original programming for Portland Media Center’s Channel 5. We're also building bridges with nonprofit organizations, indie bands, touring acts, and forward-thinking AI creators to keep the content flowing and the stories authentic.
