Warren Edgar is a television director, media strategist, and brand architect whose career spans live broadcast, digital content, digital advertising, and corporate communications. Based in Portland, Maine, Warren is the co-founder of Luigi Scarcelli Official, where he leads creative strategy, multi-platform programming, and media innovation. His work bridges traditional broadcasting with next-generation formats, amplifying regional stories with a national-level ambition.

Warren has directed and produced content for outlets including Netflix, ABC News, Fox News, VOA, The CW, and PBS. At Portland Media Center, he served as Social Media Coordinator and, later, Marketing Coordinator, where he launched the network’s first streaming service (PMC Watch) and reimagined its branding and audience outreach. His leadership helped transform Channel 5 into a revitalized home for community media during and after the pandemic.

Warren is also a founding partner of Connection TV, an Africa-U.S. media network with operations in the United States and Rwanda. As Head of Production, he leads international video teams and coordinates a high-volume, multilingual content pipeline across news, culture, and entertainment. Under his leadership, Connection TV grew into one of the fastest-expanding African media platforms, reaching over a million monthly viewers on YouTube and syndicated television. Warren’s cross-continental production management, budget efficiency, and ability to cultivate global partnerships have been central to the network’s rise as a culturally connected and socially driven broadcaster.

At Cross Cultural Community Services (CCCS), where Warren currently serves as Director of Marketing and Communications, he leverages his deep experience in corporate media infrastructure to enhance internal workflows, brand presence, and public outreach. Known for driving cost-efficiency across complex operations, Warren applies corporate best practices—such as lean marketing systems, media asset optimization, and ROI-focused content strategy—to elevate CCCS’s digital media footprint. His extensive background in strategic communications, user experience design, and multimedia branding supports the organization’s mission while ensuring fiscal and operational discipline. Warren brings a dual-lens perspective: grounded in creativity, sharpened by data, and delivered with polish.

At Luigi Scarcelli Official, Warren is the architect behind many of the organization’s most distinctive titles, including Friday PM, Portland New Year’s LIVE, and The Maine Pageant Place. His approach to branding and narrative structure, combined with his passion for cultural connection and civic storytelling, has helped define the tone and identity of the studio’s work.
