Ask Christina Anything
Ask Christina Anything is a 30-minute relationship and sex advice TV program produced by Luigi Scarcelli, Warren Edgar, and Christina LeBel. The show’s defining feature is its commitment to authenticity. Every question comes from real people seeking real, unfiltered advice from Christina LeBel, an intimacy, dating, and relationship expert known for her straightforward, no-nonsense approach.
The concept for the show emerged as Scarcelli and Edgar brainstormed ideas for a companion series to Scarcelli’s flagship program, Date Night. The pair wanted something impactful but straightforward, a show that would cut through the noise with powerful, relatable messaging. They realized they had the perfect host in LeBel, who had previously appeared as a guest on Friday PM and proven herself as a compelling, insightful presence on camera.
Production for the first season took a unique path. The initial two episodes were filmed in the same studio as Date Night, allowing the team to maximize their resources by shooting both shows back-to-back. For the third episode, the team moved to the Men in Oaks Bottle Club, which generously opened its doors for a more atmospheric, on-location shoot. This mix of sets gave the first season a raw, experimental vibe, reflecting the team's willingness to adapt and push creative boundaries.
After a brief hiatus, the show returned for a second season, benefiting from the lessons learned during its initial run. With a larger budget and new producers, Ask Christina Anything significantly increased its production quality. The series upgraded to 4K HDR, adding a cinematic touch to its visuals while maintaining the heartfelt, intimate atmosphere that drew viewers in the first place. Filming moved to a grand Victorian-style mansion, enhancing the show’s sense of occasion and providing a fitting backdrop for its deeper, more polished second season.
Audience response has been overwhelmingly positive, with many viewers reaching out to share how the show has profoundly impacted their lives. LeBel’s ability to articulate complex emotional experiences in a relatable way has resonated deeply, cementing Ask Christina Anything as a standout in the relationship advice genre.
